EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL on art items in our gallery. However, if an item arrives damaged, we offer a 30-day exchange with a receipt or proof of payment.

• No return or exchanges on custom commissioned art glass.

• If your product arrives damaged claims MUST be made within 30 days of delivery. No exchanges will be made after this date.

• All gift certificate sales are FINAL, no return or exchanges.

• 48 hours before classes the appointment may be refunded.

• 24 hours before classes the appointment may be rescheduled.

• Less than 24 hours before classes the client will be charged the full amount.
